I ordered a hair removal machine with 1.800W USA Coherent laser device, but received just a 300W NO NAME laser device.
The machine arrived without any technical documentation, specification or declaration. Because the look of the handle was not as I expected, I asked a seller for a single proof that the laser module in the handle is the one I payed for. But with no success. After I opened the dispute, the seller uploaded a photoshopped (faked) test report of Coherent part number 1262076 with the fraudulent explanation that the single laser bar has 300W power.
I contacted the Coherent Deutschland GmbH and they confirmed me that peak power of part number 1262076 with the 50% fill factor bars – 50FFX2mm TE – commonly used for diode laser devices with 808 wavelength – is 100W per bar.
So I took the handle to the nearest workshop to open it and we found inside AN UNBRANDED laser module with probably just a 50W power per bar (6x50 = 300W)???
Stay away from them, they are dishonest!
